Get Creative With Meal Options

Maintaining you own database means you can get as creative as you want with your clients when it comes to their meal planning options.

They like dark chocolate? You can input their favourite brand and the serve to the square and the app will tell them exactly how many squares they need to match their carb and fat targets.

Maybe for breakfast they love a big bowl of oats, no problem Total Body can measure that into cup measurements along side the milk the use, on top of breaking down the honey on top into teaspoons, this means there is no weighing of food necessary by your clients, everything is broken down into easy to read measurements.

Maybe they want greek yoghurt and fruit for a snack? No problem, that will be one small pot of chobani and either a medium banana, 7 dates or 1/2 a cup of blueberries. You get the idea. The app always adjusts the food source to match the energy requirements and does so in easy to read ways. (Would you ever eat 127g of an apple?) No and neither would your clients.

The problem with traditional meal plans is that your clients aren’t robots, they are going to struggle to eat the exact same food day in and day out. This way you can structure the plan and food around what your client enjoys, and if they want to switch the meat from say salmon to chicken, no problem, the app will let them know they need to consume more butter to make up for the missing fat from the salmon.

By getting creative with serving sizes and food options, the possibilities are endless when it comes to food choices and making and planning meals with your clients to keep them getting the results that they want.
